Properties: Antibacterial, anti-fungal, antiseptic, antispasmodic, digestive, diuretic, expectorant and tonic.
Possible Uses: Angelica root used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: arthritis, bronchitis, colds, cough, exhaustion, flu, indigestion, migraines, poor circulation, water retention, muscle aches and pains.
Blends With: Bergamot,
Cardamom, Cedarwood, Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Geranium, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Myrrh, Orange, Patchouli, Rosemary, Sandalwood and Vetiver.
Precautions: Angelica root should be avoided with the following conditions: pregnancy and diabetes. Angelica root is photo sensitive, therefore it is not advisable to apply to skin (even after diluting or using in skin care products) before or during exposure
to sunlight. For external use only.
