Possible Uses: Anise Star used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions:bronchitis, colds, cough, flu, indigestion, gas, muscle aches and pains.
Blends With: Bergamot,
Clove, Cinnamon, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Lavender, Myrrh,
Myrtle, Parsley Seed, Pine, Rose, Rosemary, Rosewood and Tangerine.
Precautions: Anise Star should be avoided with the following conditions: pregnancy, endometriosis, breast feeding, liver disease, and damaged skin. Use in moderation as over use can slow down circulation. Avoid use with young children. For external use only.
