Possible Uses: Balsam Fir used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: Arthritis, colds, cough, flu, sinus and chest congestion, muscle aches and joint pain. Commonly used in air fresheners and household cleansers.

Precautions: Balsam Fir Essential Oil can be a possible skin irritant. Use only after diluting with a carrier oil.
