Aroma: Creamy, sweet, warm and vanilla like.
Effects: Comforting, warming, calming, uplifting and revitalizing.
Properties: Antiseptic, antidepressant, astringent, anti inflammatory, deodorant, diuretic, euphoric, expectorant, sedative.
Possible Uses: Benzoin used in an aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: anxiety, arthritis, asthma, bronchitis, circulation, colds, cough, depression, eczema, emotional exhaustion, muscle pain, stress, dry skin and scars. Benzoin is a little too thick for the diffuser, but acts wonderfully as vapour therapy in a steam bath. If you find it difficult to work with because of the thickness, try warming the bottle before use.

Clary Sage, Cypress, Frankincense, Jasmine, Lavender, Myrrh, Myrtle,
Petitgrain, Rose, Sandalwood, Tangerine and Ylang Ylang.
