Possible Uses: Birch Sweet used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: arthritis, cellulite, edema, muscle aches and pains. Birch Sweet can be a wonderful addition to the sauna as it helps the body to release toxins.
