Birch Sweet Essential Oil

Effects: Claryfing, detoxyfing, ,healing and soothing.

Properties: Analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent, diuretic.

Possible Uses: Birch Sweet used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: arthritis, cellulite, edema, muscle aches and pains. Birch Sweet can be a wonderful addition to the sauna as it helps the body to release toxins.

Precautions: Birch Sweet should be avoided during pregnancy, and not used at all with children. Birch Sweet can be a skin irritant and should always be diluted with a carrier oil.
