Aroma: Sweet and spicy with balsamic woody undertones.

Effects: Uplifting, invigorating and refreshing.

Properties: Anti-spasmodic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, carminative, digestive, diuretic, expectorant, stimulant, stomachic.

Possible Uses: Cardamom used in a diffuser or vaporizer is said to be helpful with the following conditions: indigestion, flatulence, heartburn, colitis, IBS, chest congestion, exhaustion, muscle cramps, muscle aches, migraines, nausea, and sexual dysfunction

Blends With: Bergamot, Cedarwood, Cinnamon, Clove, Neroli, Orange, Rose, Thyme and Ylang Ylang

Precautions: Avoid use during pregnancy. For external use only.

I have never found anything that works better for stress than Cardamom Oil! I have tried everything from lavender to massage, and Nothing works better than Cardamom! I have a super stressful job, and work a lot. I put this oil on a tissue, and tuck it into my pocket for when I need it, and it always calms me down.
