Effects: Soothing, calming, relaxing, healing, balancing and regenerating.

Properties: Analgesic, antibacterial, antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, digestive, hepatic, sedative.

Possible Uses:Chamomile Roman used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend issaid to be helpful with the following conditions:acne, arthritis, earache, psoriasis, sprains, stress, insect bites, inflamed joints and tendons. Chamomile Roman is know best for its relaxing properties, encouraging inner peace and harmony.

Blends With: Bergamot, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Jasmine, Lavender, Marjoram, Myrrh, Neroli, Rose, Rosewood, Sandalwood, Tangerine and Ylang Ylang.
