Possible Uses: Frankincense used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: anxiety, arthritis, asthma, bronchitis, colds, chronic cough, cystitis, mature skin, scars, stress, stretch marks, depression, irritability and panic attacks. Frankincense is wonderful for meditating and is a great fixative and preservative.
Blends With: Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cedarwood, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander, Ginger, Myrrh, Patchouli, Rose and Sandalwood.
Precautions: Frankincense should be avoided during pregnancy.
