Botanical Name: Boswellia carteri

Extraction Method: Steam distillation of resin.

Aroma Intensity: Mild/Medium

Evaporation Rate: Base Note

Aroma: Rich, exotic, sweet, woody aroma with spicy and fruity undertones.

Aromatic Properties: Revitalizing, centering, balancing, calming, clearing, healing, uplifting, visualizing and purifying.

Possible Uses: Frankincense used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: anxiety, arthritis, asthma, bronchitis, colds, chronic cough, cystitis, mature skin, scars, stress, stretch marks, depression, irritability and panic attacks. Frankincense is wonderful for meditating and is a great fixative and preservative.

Blends With: Benzoin, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cedarwood, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander, Ginger, Lavender, Myrrh, Neroli, Patchouli, Rose, Sandalwood and Tangerine.

Precautions: Frankincense should be avoided during pregnancy. For external use only.

!!MARCH 2013 WINNER!!   reveiws then...--my feelings...skin so soft immed. spider veins in one leg disappeared- this morning workout I felt stronger, steadier, more relaxed and confident, slept well, hair ends that were in water softer, not so dead feeling--mixed with avocado-used one tbsp..passing it on to all I know JB
