Extraction Method: Steam distillation of fruit peel.

Aroma Intensity: Medium/Strong

Evaporation Rate: Middle/Top Note

Aroma: Fresh, tart, familiar citrus aroma, reminiscent of white grapefruit, but more intense.

Aromatic Properties: Calming, cheering, cleansing, cooling, detoxifying, nourishing, satisfying, releasing, reviving and toning.

Possible Uses: Grapefruit White used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: acne, eczema, oily skin, stretch marks, depression, exhaustion, jet lag, stress, colds, flu, muscle cramps and stiffness.

Blends With: Bergamot, Blood Orange, Coriander, Cypress, Fennel, Geranium, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Neroli, Palmarosa, Rose, Rosemary, Spearmint and Tangerine.

Precautions: Grapefruit White is mildly photo sensitive, so it is advisable not to apply to skin (even after diluting or using in skin care products) before or during exposure to sunlight.
To prevent oxidization, keep away from heat and light in a tightly closed container and refrigerate if possible for longer shelf life. For external use only.
