Aroma: Fresh, clean, medicinal, earthy aroma with warm, sweet undertones.
Aromatic Properties: Cleansing, purifying, deodorizing, clarifying, focusing, releasing, balancing, centering, soothing and relaxing.
Possible Uses: Hyssop used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: asthma, bronchitis, cough, sore throat, dermatitis, eczema, cuts and bruises.
Blends With: Bay
Laurel, Cajeput, Clary Sage, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon,
Myrrh, Myrtle, Niaouli, Pine, Rose, Rosemary and Sandalwood.
Precautions: Hyssop should be avoided with the following conditions:
pregnancy, epilepsy, and high blood pressure. Avoid using Hyssop with young children and generally use in moderation as it is quite potent. For external use only.
