Possible Uses: Juniper Berry used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: bronchitis, colds, cough, flu, weight loss, cystitis, edema, gastritis, depression, exhaustion, insomnia, jet lag, acne, dermatitis, arthritis and sore muscles.

Precautions: Juniper Berry should be avoided during pregnancy and with kidney problems. Avoid using with young children.
