Myrtle Essential Oil

Aromatic Properties: Clarifying, cleansing, refreshing, soothing and uplifting.

Possible Uses: Myrtle used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: acne, asthma, bronchitis, chronic cough, colds, flu, sore throat, fever and insomnia. Myrtle is a gentle alternative for Eucalyptus.

Precautions: Myrtle can be a skin and mucous membrane irritant and should always be diluted with a carrier oil.
