Possible Uses: Nutmeg used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: anxiety, exhaustion, constipation, digestive disorders, poor circulation, arthritis, muscle aches and pains.

Benzoin, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clary Sage, Clove, Geranium,
Lavender, Orange, Petitgrain, Pine, Rosemary, Vanilla and Ylang Ylang.
Precautions: Nutmeg should be avoided during pregnancy. Nutmeg can be skin irritating and should always be diluted with a carrier oil. Avoid use at bedtime as Nutmeg can have a stimulating effect. For external use only.
