Possible Uses: Oregano used in a diffuser is said to be helpful with the following conditions: asthma, bronchitis, colds, cough, flu, indigestion, migraines, muscle aches and pains.

Precautions: Oregano should be avoided during pregnancy. Oregano can be a skin and mucous membrane irritant and should always be diluted with a carrier oil. Oregano is a very strong essential oil and should be used with caution. Oregano is not recomended for skin care products. Do not take internally.
