Botanical Name: Pogostemon cablin

Extraction Method: Steam distillation of leaves.

Aroma Intensity: Medium

Evaporation Rate: Base Note

Aroma: Deep, mellow, earthy, musky aroma with improved complexity when aged.

Aromatic Properties: Balancing, calming, grounding, healing, satisfying, regenerating and sense enhancing.

Possible Uses: Patchouli used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: acne, mature skin, dermatitis, scars, wounds, stretch marks, psoriasis, varicose veins, insomnia, exhaustion and depression. Patchouli is an extremely stable fixative.

Blends With: Benzoin, Black Pepper, Cedarwood, Cinnamon Leaf, Clove, Frankincense, Geranium, Lemon, Neroli, Rose, Rosewood, Sandalwood Tangerine, Vanilla and Vetiver.

Precautions: Use in moderation. For external use only.

really nice smell to the patchouli    it is very hard to find one as nice  I have used patchouli since the 60's as a perfume or in soaps and body butters,  but also find it keeps me grounded and relaxed.  My kids and grandkids say that whenever they smell patchouli they think I am nearby.....      love it

And excellent product with excellent service. I have no problem recommending this seller and their products. The aroma of this product will take you back into the late 60's for sure. Love it! Patchouli is right up there with Ambergris, Sandalwood and Cedar Oil. Just an amazing fragrance reminiscent of the ancients.
