Aroma: Fresh, bright, sharp, menthol aroma.

Aromatic Properties: Rejuvenating, uplifting, energizing, focusing, invigorating, cooling, cleansing and refreshing,.

Possible Uses: Peppermint used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: asthma, bronchitis, cough, flu, sinusitis, nausea, indigestion, migraines, fatigue, fainting, apathy, depression, shock, bruises, arthritis and aching feet. Peppermint is commonly used as an insect repellent.

Blends With: Basil, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cajeput, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Geranium, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Myrtle, Niaouli, Rosemary and Thyme.

Precautions: Peppermint should be avoided during pregnancy. Peppermint can be a skin and mucous membrane irritant and should always be diluted with a carrier oil. Use in moderation. Avoid use at bedtime as Peppermint can have a stimulating effect. For external use only.

I'm so happy I found an authentic Canadian source for oils. It took me some time online but happily discovered Ki Aroma. I received the oils promptly by Canada Post and well packaged. We tried some of your Peppermint oil  as we all had very bad colds at our place!  Thanks for your suggestion!  A few Drops in a pot of steaming water worked like magic to unstuff us!

i use peppermint oil for cramps in my legs . It eases them in seconds. I wouldn't be without it anymore and I have sold lots more of my friends
