Aroma: Fresh, bright, sharp, menthol aroma.

Aromatic Properties: Rejuvenating, uplifting, energizing, focusing, invigorating, cooling, cleansing and refreshing,.

Possible Uses: Peppermint used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: cough, sinusitis, nausea, indigestion, migraines, fatigue, fainting, apathy, depression, shock, bruises, arthritis and aching feet.

Blends With: Basil, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cajeput, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Geranium, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Myrtle, Niaouli, Rosemary and Thyme.

Precautions: Peppermint should be avoided during pregnancy. Peppermint can be a skin and mucous membrane irritant and should always be diluted with a carrier oil. Use in moderation. Avoid use at bedtime as Peppermint can have a stimulating effect. For external use only.

A spicey mint oil.  Mix a little with water, put it in an atomizer and spray on carpets, furniture, etc. to freshen up the smell.  Especially effective to get rid of the smell of smoke.
