Botanical Name: Rosa damascena

Extraction Method: Food grade solvent extraction of flowers.

Aroma Intensity: Strong

Aroma: Rich, complex and deeply floral and long lasting aroma.

Aromatic Properties: Balancing, strengthening and uplifting, while being relaxing and soothing.

Properties: Antibacterial, antidepressant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, aphrodisiac, astringent, diuretic, sedative.

Possible Uses: Rose Damask used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: anxiety, depression, grief, insomnia, PMS, post partum depression, headache, nausea, poor circulation, mature skin, dry and sensitive skin.

Blends With: Bergamot, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Geranium, Jasmine, Lavender, Neroli, Helichrysum, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang. 

Precautions: Rose Damask should be avoided during pregnancy. For external use only.

The scent of the rose has always been alluring, sexy, calming and irresistible to most people throughout time.  This scent won't let you down.  It's sensual and innocent at the same time.  It's bold and soft, and you'll want to use this in everything you create.  Be careful, it's addictive.
