Rosemary Essential Oil

Effects: Calming, strengthening, centering, opening, inspiring, while clearing the mind and enhancing memory.

Properties: Analgesic, antidepressant, anti-oxidant, anti-parasitic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent, decongestant, digestive, diuretic, fungicidal, hepatic, restorative, stimulant.

Possible Uses: Rosemary used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: acne, oily skin, psoriasis, arthritis, sprains, fever, poor circulation, amnesia, apathy, depression, PMS, exhaustion, migraines, asthma, bronchitis, coughs, sinusitis, hair loss, indigestion and edema. Commonly used as an insect repellent.

Precautions: Rosemary should be avoided with the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy and high blood pressure. Use with caution and avoid before sleep as it can be stimulating.
