Botanical Name: Carthamus tinctorius

Extraction Method: Cold expression of ripe seeds.

Qualities: Safflower Oil is a medium light, aroma free oil rich in Oleic acids. Safflower Oil is extremely moisturizing, easily absorbed, nourishing, soothing and preferred by massage therapists as it does not stain sheets.

Uses: Good for all skin types and ages. Safflower Oil is said to be especially helpful for: sprains, bruises, poor circulation and inflamed joints. Used in creams, lotions, lip balms, bath raves, facial scrubs, massage and bath oils.

Cautions: Store in a cool dark place or refrigerate after opening. For external use only.
