Possible Uses: Sage used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: bruises, wounds, snake bites, bronchitis, cough, colds, fatigue, grief, depression, forgetfullness, excessive perspiration, menopause and painful menstruation.
Blends With: Bergamot,
Chamomile, Clary Sage, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Hyssop, Lavender,
Lemon, Marjoram, Peppermint, Rosemary, Rosewood and Thyme.
Precautions: Sage should be avoided with the following conditions:
pregnancy, epilepsy and high blood pressure. Sage can be a skin irritant and should always be diluted with a carrier oil. Avoid use with sensitive skin and avoid use with young children. For external use only.
