Botanical Name: Helianthus annus
Extraction Method: Cold expression of seeds.
Qualities: Sunflower Oil is a light, easily absorbed non-greasy oil containing oleic acids, lecithin, unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins A, B, D and E. Properties include: regenerative, nourishing, conditioning, and softening.
Uses: Good for all skin types and ages. Sunflower Oil is said to be especially helpful for: dry, weathered, aged, damaged, sensitive, mature skin. Used in creams lotions, lip balms, bath raves, massage, face and bath oils.
Cautions: Store in a cool dark place or refrigerate after opening. For external use only.
