Aroma: Sweet, tangy, delicate, floral citrus aroma, more subtle than Orange.

Tangerine Essential Oil

Effects: Rejuvenating, inspiring and uplifting while being comforting and soothing.

Properties: Antiseptic, antispasmodic, digestive, diuretic, expectorant, sedative.

Possible Uses: Tangerine used in a diffuser or aromatherapy massage blend is said to be helpful with the following conditions: acne, oily skin, scars, stretch marks, edema, weight loss, indigestion, constipation, poor circulation, stress and insomnia.

Precautions: Tangerine can be a possible skin irritant and photo sensitive. Use only after diluting with a carrier oil and avoid using before or during exposure to sunlight.
To prevent oxidization and prolong shelf life, keep away from heat and light in a tightly closed container and refrigerate if possible.
