Thyme Essential Oil

Effects: Strengthening, reviving, focusing and warming.

Properties: Antibacterial, anti-fungal, antimicrobial, anti-oxidant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, astringent, diuretic, expectorant, immune system and mental stimulant.

Possible Uses: Thyme White used in a diffuser is said to be helpful with the following conditions: asthma, bronchitis, colds, cough, flu, sinusitis, infectious diseases, depression, lethary, forgetfullness, nervous exhaustion, headaches, and anxiety.

Precautions: Thyme White should be avoided during pregnancy and when experiencing high blood pressure.Thyme White is a skin and mucous membrane irritant. Always dilute with a carrier oil and avoid use with sensitive skin. Avoid use with children. Use in moderation.
