Wholesale Accounts

Ki Aromas Wholesale Accounts are FREE for any Registered Business.
If you do not have a Registered Business, but prefer to pay Wholesale, please Click Here for more information.

For New or Existing Wholesale Customers with a Registered Business.

1) Please create your account as a New Customer, before placing your first order.
2) Let Customer Service know by phone, fax or email and we will change your account to Wholesale within 48hrs.
3) We will notify you via email when your account has been changed to Wholesale.
4) You will then see a 2nd level of pricing called Wholesale and these prices will be added to your shopping cart.
5) Now you are ready to place your first Wholesale order.


To Create an Account, please follow the instructions below.

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

For Ontario Customers with a Valid Vendor's Permit Number

1) Please complete an Ontario Retail Sales Tax Purchase Exemption Certificate before placing your first order with
     Ki Aroma. This will exempt you from paying Ontario Provincial Sales Tax.
2) Once we have received your completed Purchase Exemption Certificate, you may check Ontario - PST Exempt
     for your Province in your Billing Address and Shipping Address when placing your order.

Please Note: If you check Ontario PST Exempt as your Province and we do not have your completed Ontario Retail Sales Tax Purchase Exemption Certificate on file, we reserve the right to adjust your PST Payable.
