How can I receive $5 Flat Rate Shipping?
  Select $5 Flat Rate Shipping* as your shipping option, if your order is over $50 when you are ready to checkout.

*$5 Flat Rate Shipping is calculated automatically on the order subtotal after coupons and discounts and before shipping and taxes.
*Maximum weight for $5 Flat Rate Shipping is 5kg.
*$10 Flat Rate Shipping is offered for orders 5kg to 10kg
*$15 Flat Rate Shipping is offered for orders 10kg to 15kg
*Flat Rate Shipping is available on orders shipped within Canada only.
*Flat Rate Shipping orders will be shipped via the most economical ground service.
*Available online only until May 31st 2013.
How do you calculate my shipping charges?
  Canada Post Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Please Note that the online shipping quotes from Canada Post are estimates based on weight and volume calculations. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges and will contact you for your approval if this occurs.
What is your return policy?
  We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of your order for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges).

All products must be returned in a intact and in original packaging. We are unable to credit partially used products. If we do no receive the item or it is damaged, we will be unable to issue a refund or credit.

Please contact Customer Service for your Return Authorization Number which should be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returned items will not be accepted without a return Authorization Number.
What is your shipping policy?
  We ship via Canada Post or FedEx Ground. We currently ship to all provinces in Canada.
Canada Post ships to all addresses in Canada. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes

Online shipping quotes are based on weight on dimensions calculations.

Ki Aroma takes no responsibility for any loss, damages or delay that may occur. We currently ship products without insurance and do not require a signature upon receipt. We require notification if either of these services are required. Additional shipping charges will be applied for these services.

Full payment is required before any order is shipped.
Will FedEx ship to my address?
 
  • FedEx is unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so a physical address is required.
Will I have to pick up my package from Canada Post?
  Here are the options with Canada Post Shipping:
1. Do not Safe Drop - If customer is not available for delivery, parcel will be delivered to local Post Office and notification card will be left with pickup details.
2. Safe Drop - If customer is not available for delivery, parcel will be left in safe location such as: between doors, with a neighbour or in an outside mailbox. Card will be left in mailbox with location details.
Do you ship Internationally?
  At this time, Ki Aroma ships to Canadian destinations only.
Can I pick up my order to save the cost of shipping?
  We have no facilities for customer pick up, but we are able to deliver free of charge to downtown Peterborough. We require a minimum of 48hrs notice for all delivery orders.
Do you drop ship?
  No, we do not drop ship.
