Do I have to pay Harmonized Sales Tax (HST)?
  You will have to pay Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) if you live in a participating HST Province.
  • Current participating HST Provinces and rates are as follows:
  • New Brunswick 13%
  • Newfoundland & Labrador 13%
  • Nova Scotia 15%
  • Prince Edward Island 14%
  • Ontario 13%
  • All other Provinces will be charged 5% GST.
If your business is registered for HST, you may be able to claim an Input Tax Credit (ITC) on the HST your business pays. For more details visit the Canada Revenue Agency's website at: www.cra-arc.gc.ca/harmonization.

  • We process all credit card payments securely, adhering to the latest PCI/CISP Security Standards.
  • We do not retain any of your credit card information after checkout.

  Click the "My Account/Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
What are my Payment Options?
  During the checkout process you may choose from the following payment options:
  • Credit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard online. We process all credit card payments securely, adhering to the latest PCI/CISP Security Standards. In addition, we do not retain any of your credit card information after checkout. Choose PayPal if you wish to use an alternate credit card.
  • PayPal: With PayPal, you can pay with a credit card or pay directly from your bank account. After you submit your order to Ki Aroma, you will be directed to PayPal's site. Once there you will be guided through the process of creating your PayPal account and entering your credit card or bank account details.
  • Offline Credit Card Payment is your payment option if you are prefer not to enter your credit card details online. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard. Please contact Customer Service with your credit card details.
  • Call me for payment information: One of our customer service reps will call you.
  • Prepaid money order or certified cheque made payable to: Ki Aroma. Please contact Customer Service to confirm your total before sending your prepaid money order or certified cheque.
  • Other payment method. Purchase order number for approved customers only.

What are My Rewards points and how do I redeem them?
 

Every time you make a purchase with Ki Aroma, you'll receive My Rewards points based on your total purchase amount (before shipping and taxes).
Redeemed points convert into an automatic credit on your next order!

Here's how My Rewards adds up:

  • When your order subtotal is $200.00, you will earn 200 points.
  • 200 points can be redeemed for a credit of $2.00.

Here's how My Rewards works:

  • First log in to your Ki Aroma account (before placing your order).
  • Redeem your My Rewards Points as soon as your previous order has been shipped.
  • To view your My Rewards and Redeem your points, go to My Account/Login then My Rewards.
  • Enter the points you'd like to Redeem in the Redeem Now Box on the My Rewards Page.
  • Points are redeemable in increments of 100.
  • When you're finished, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
  • The My Rewards points that you have redeemed will be converted into an automatic credit on the checkout page of your next order with Ki Aroma!
