Origin: Spain

Botanical Name: Hyssopus officinalis

Extraction Method: Steam distillation of flowers and leaves.

Aroma Intensity: Medium

Evaporation Rate: Middle/Top Note

Aroma: Hyssop Essential Oil has a fresh, clean, medicinal, earthy aroma with warm, sweet undertones.

Aromatic Properties: Cleansing, purifying, deodorizing, clarifying, focusing, releasing, balancing, centering, soothing and relaxing.

Blends With: Bay Laurel, Cajeput, Clary Sage, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon, Myrrh, Myrtle, Niaouli, Pine, Rose, Rosemary and Sandalwood.

Precautions: Hyssop Essential Oil should be avoided with the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, and high blood pressure. Avoid using Hyssop Essential Oil with young children and generally use in moderation as it is quite potent. For external use only.
