How can I receive FREE & Flat Rate Shipping?
	FREE & Flat Rate Shipping is available on orders shipped via Canada Post within Canada only. FREE Shipping is available for orders over $99 Canada wide. Flat Rate Shipping is available for orders under $99 Canada wide. FREE & Flat Rate Shipping rates are available on your Cart and Checkout pages from the drop down Shipping Options box. How do you calculate my shipping charges?
	Canada Post Shipping is calculated automatically prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. The live online shipping quotes from Canada Post are estimated based on weight and volume calculations. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges if the estimate is not accurate.
What is your return policy?
	We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of your order for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges). All products must be returned intact and in original packaging. We are unable to credit partially used products. If we do not receive the item or it is damaged, we will be unable to issue a refund or credit. Please contact Customer Service for your Return Authorization Number which should be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returned items will not be accepted without a return Authorization Number.
What is your shipping policy?
	Ki Aroma ships within Canada only via Canada Post Expedited. Ki Aroma takes no responsibility for any loss, damages or delay that may occur. We currently ship products without insurance and do not require a signature upon receipt. We require notification if either of these services are required. Additional shipping charges will be applied for these services. Full payment is required before any order is shipped.
When will I receive my order?
	The estimated delivery time for Regular and Expedited Canada Post Shipping is 1 - 10 business days and is dependent on your region. See below for estimated Canada Post shipping times to your region. BC 1 - 2 business days AB, SK, MB 2 - 4 business days ON, QC 5 - 7 business days NT, NU, YT 5 - 10 business days NB, NS, NL, PE 7 - 10 business days
Will I have to pick up my package from Canada Post?
	Here are the options with Canada Post Shipping: 1. Do not Safe Drop - If customer is not available for delivery, parcel will be delivered to secure community mailbox or local Post Office. If parcel is delivered to Post Office an Email Notification will be sent with pickup details. 2. Safe Drop - If customer is not available for delivery, parcel will be left in safe location such as: between doors, with a neighbour, front porch or in a secure community mailbox. Email Notification will be sent with location details.
Do you ship Internationally?
	At this time, Ki Aroma ships to Canadian destinations only.
Do you drop ship?
	No, we do not drop ship.
