How can I receive Flat Rate Shipping?
  We have revised our Flat Rate Shipping!
We now calculate Flat Rate Shipping by Province and not by weight.
This means that you can add all the products you desire for the same low shipping rate!

To View the Flat Rate Shipping Option for your Province:
  • Add purchases to your cart.
  • Select your Province and Postal Code.
  • Choose your delivery option.
  • Click - Get Shipping Options.
  • Select Flat Rate Shipping from the drop down menu. (If you do not see the Flat Rate Shipping option, your order Subtotal has not reached $50. Please add more items to your cart).

Flat Rate Shipping is available on Orders with Subtotals over $50.
Flat Rate Shipping is calculated on the Subtotal of your order after coupons and discounts and before shipping and taxes.

For orders under $50 (Subtotal) actual shipping rates apply.
Flat Rate Shipping is available on orders shipped via Canada Post Expedited within Canada.

Flat Rate Shipping is available for 1 order per 30 days. Subsequent orders will be charged
actual shipping rates.
Flat Rate Shipping is a
vailable online only.

How do you calculate my shipping charges?
  Canada Post Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Please Note that the online shipping quotes from Canada Post are estimates based on weight and volume calculations. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges if the estimate is not accurate.
What is your return policy?
  We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of your order for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges).

All products must be returned intact and in original packaging. We are unable to credit partially used products. If we do not receive the item or it is damaged, we will be unable to issue a refund or credit.

Please contact Customer Service for your Return Authorization Number which should be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returned items will not be accepted without a return Authorization Number.
What is your shipping policy?
  We ship via Canada Post Expedited Service. We currently ship to all provinces in Canada.
Canada Post ships to all addresses in Canada.

Online shipping quotes are based on weight on dimensions calculations.

Ki Aroma takes no responsibility for any loss, damages or delay that may occur. We currently ship products without insurance and do not require a signature upon receipt. We require notification if either of these services are required. Additional shipping charges will be applied for these services.

Full payment is required before any order is shipped.

Will I have to pick up my package from Canada Post?
  Here are the options with Canada Post Shipping:
1. Do not Safe Drop - If customer is not available for delivery, parcel will be delivered to residential mailbox or local Post Office. If parcel is delivered to Post Office a notification card will be left with pickup details.
2. Safe Drop - If customer is not available for delivery, parcel will be left in safe location such as: between doors, with a neighbour or front porch. Card will be left in mailbox with location details.
Do you ship Internationally?
  At this time, Ki Aroma ships to Canadian destinations only.
Do you drop ship?
  No, we do not drop ship.
